Update of My Broken Chin

Warning: You'll be seeing my stitches so be mentally prepared.

I was napping when suddenly a friend called then I answered out of reflex wtf. I totally forgot to put my phone on silent coz, no one actually called or texted me during normal days, let alone nights.

It's too late for a nap anyway wtf. I overslept >< Argh thanks for waking me otherwise I'd just sleep all the way till morning.

So I was asked about my chin. Then I realize, I haven't update my chin condition! So here it is.

On 15th, I went back to the clinic and get my dressings changed after my work. Then the nurse had a small talk with me.

Nurse: Why you come at this time?

Me: Coz I've got work.

Nurse: You didn't take MC? How come you didn't take MC?

Me: I got! The doctor gave me 2 days only. I was hurt on Wednesday, so the MC was Wednesday, and yesterday.

Nurse: Oh! You can extend your MC you know.

Me: IZZIT?!

Nurse: Yeah, you can MC for 7 days you know, you've got stitches! Maximum 7 days.

Me: I didn't know!

Nurse: Yeah you can come back and get your MC extended actually. (Trying to ask why I didn't extend my MC again) Oh ya you didn't know.

Walaowey! Yuan lai got stitches can take MC for 7 days ga! Didn't know that!!!

The nurse asked me if I wanna extend my MC but ugh nevermind lah I don't work on weekends also. Somemore MC for a stitched chin like making it a big deal wtf. But very sian one ah! Changed my dressing only also charge me RM15! >:(

Nah this is before I remove the stitches!

I had to ownself buy the waterproof dressings to get changed every 2 days. Hello doctor, if you gonna charge me that much, at least gimme better dressings can?

At least something like this la! One pack is like RM12 only from Watson. Better than the gauze and paper tape wtf coz I have to ownself make a plastic cover somemore to prevent my wound from getting wet everytime I bath.

That night gotta celebrate Kuan's birthday somemore.

The nurse said I can remove the stitches after 7 days so I went to the clinic on 23rd thinking it's ok for going 1 day later (coz 7 days after 15th is 22nd) but the doctor said I should go on 20th wtf so they start counting on the day I got my stitches ah!

I've gotta wait again coz the doctor went out for breakfast wtf. I thought 24-hour clinic should have other doctors!

Lemme tell you how I felt when the stitches were being removed.

VERY PAIN CAN! The doctor just pull and cut the strings wtf OUCH!!! T___T Then kena pay RM30 for that.

LESSON: DO NOT TRIP.

So my advice is, if you can, study medical. If I do my studies properly, I could've been a doctor right now and earning so much already. If I hate you I can make things rough for you too, ie being rough when removing stitches for you! T___T

And then - JENG JENG JENG... I removed the bandaid on Monday and I FINALLY CAN WASH MY FACE!!!

For the past weeks I can only use wet tissues to clean wtf coz it cannot touch water.

See got scar liao ='(

Anyway the pharmacist in Watson KLCC told me I don't have to put on anything yet la coz I'm still young ma so just wait the scar to vanish can ady.

Ps: Another lesson - REMEMBER to remember your panel clinic coz if you go to non-panel clinics, you might not be able to claim it - Like me! UGH FML!!!

Pps: No one in my team realized I've removed my dressings wtf.

I forgot what option did I put in my beauty profile ady =( But my face is rather dry than oily leh. I kinda hope I got the BB cream. But oh well, even if I got the BB cream, I wouldn't be able to try out by this month because of my injured chin. Might as well keep it sealed and give away as Christmas present.

Too bad! Before I get to try out these 2 creams, I knocked my chin wtf! Can't touch water so I try to keep my face naked. As in no makeup la. But you know KL air lo! Very polluted. Before I wash my face I also don't dare to apply anything in case they got wasted because the pollutants on my face blocked them.

SSRS 2012: Limit Number of Records Per Page

Note: Cuppycakes that came to this entry because it's really urgent to know how, kindly Ctrl+F "Begin:" to get to the point.

Yo! First time doing tutorial here. As erjie and Serena has mentioned, I'm gonna do an experiment.

Aim: To find out which post categories are more popular.
Hypothesis: Tutorial posts are more popular compared to other lifestyle posts.
How to determine: Page views.
Duration: 2 weeks

Begin:

Assuming you have a report created and you wanted to limit the number of records per page in SSRS. I suppose there's no default way to manage it but to create a workaround. Here's how.

Step 1: Right-click the Tablix handle "Details" at the Row Groups section, select "Add Group" and then "Parent Group..."

Step 2: When new windows appeared, click on the "fx" button at the right

Step 3: In the empty space, insert the formula/set the expression.

There are a few formulas that can be used:
1. =Ceiling((RowNumber(Nothing)/x))
2. =Floor((RowNumber(Nothing)/x))
3. =Int((RowNumber(Nothing)-1/x))
Where x = the number of records to display per report page.

There are difference between Ceiling and Floor when comes to double/float type:
a) SELECT CEILING(12.345), CEILING(-12.345) resulting in output of 13, -12;
b) SELECT FLOOR(12.345), FLOOR(-12.345) resulting in output of 12, -13.

But here you have nothing to worry about, the results will be the same because the parameter used is RowNumber. RowNumber is int, not double/float.

Step 4: When above steps done, the windows will become like this. Do not change anything, just click "OK".

The report should have following changes:

Step 5: Check for the new Group1 as Parent Group for "(Details)"

New column appeared beside the existing report column.

Step 6: Right click on the column of newly formed Group - Group1, and select "Delete Columns"

Step 7: Be extra careful not to select "Delete columns and associated groups". If you carelessly *ahem* deleted it, you've gotta start from Step 1 again.

Step 8: Back to the Row Groups section, right click "(Group1)", and select "Group Properties..."

Step 9: Select tab "Page Breaks", ONLY select option "Between each instance of a group"

Step 10: Select tab "Sorting", click on (not into!) the only column and delete it.

Voila! Now you can view your report with limited records per page!

Additional: As this is just the workaround, the report file exported in Excel format will show the records as per limited/set too - where pages will be displayed as sheets.

Turned out this method is able to solve the Excel records limitation issue! Check out this page to get the idea.

Please note that the SSRS report will display the records in the exact same sequence as displayed in Excel sheets, so it is recommended to group them in the SQL statement beforehand.

I Broke My Chin

Way to start my day yo!

You know, life has its own way to play its cards. Just yesterday, a friend talked about the taboo her mom mentioned. For example, a broken/cracked glass can bring bad omen, and it's not a joke when it comes to coffin and stuffs.

I violated both the taboos.

I own a phone that has cracked screen, and I was in a coffin.

This morning, the bad omen has reached its limit. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, left foot stepped on something that's attached to the right, my right foot didn't seem to go over that something, and then I tripped - BAM! Knocked my chin on the bedside.

At first I felt sore like someone punched me on my chin and just when I was about to let out a curse - I felt something warm flow down towards my neck.

Blood.

And here's the funny thing! I'm not sure izzit because I was shocked, I got stomachache suddenly and I had to go to the bathroom and take a dump wtf!

Pain at the top and the bottom wtf.

After I'm done, I went back to the room and wanted to change my clothes when suddenly - I felt like wanna take picture.

OMG I'm the person who will ask people to take picture and post on SNS when me or someone else has a misfortune!

So I went to clinics. They opened before the doctor is in WTF! How can they be ignorant on patients' well-being?! They came, they registered, and then? Wait forever till the doctor come?! I waited in the 24-hour polyclinic KL (seriously, 24-hour and still no doctor!) for quite awhile then only I heard the doctor came -_-

Doctor gave me tetanus shot first and then only gave me local anesthesia. It was my first time getting stitches! Damn scared leh. Now I know why some people die die also dowan go into surgery room!!!

Long story short.

I've got 2 stitches in there!

The doctor gave me 2 days MC! Muahaha!

Friend: You pokai? How ady?

Me: Chin kena saja lor. Very de suay.

Friend: How you land on chin?

Me: Because my chin too long XD Oh! You don't know I'm a monster at home!

Friend: -_- You reminded me of 1 litre of tears.

Me: Oh wtf. I'm very normal!

Friend: Land on chin where got normal! You never hear them explain?! Human reflex will make your hand to support first.

I'm not gonna demo.

Ahem. So after the suay incident, it's about 10.30am already. I went to Lowyat Plaza and get my phone fix once and for all. Surprisingly, it took only 1 hour! I thought it's gonna be like weeks then only can get the phone back, which is why I dragged it (die die also dowan admit the laziness to go Lowyat Plaza) coz everytime I wanna fix it, I sorta foresee I need to take picture ^^"

FYI, cracked screen costs RM650. Sibeh expensive. Silver rim costs RM120! Siao eh.

My phone and I got patched up together on this day neh :p Also it indicates that I overspend again T.T

Halloween Treat - The Escape Plan: Sunway Lagoon! 31/10/2013

We actually started planning this like, a month ago.

First first plan on 4th Nov geh coz it's gonna be a long holiday (2nd-3rd are weekends, 5th is the Muharram - Islamic New Year) but then only we realize Digi Promotion ends on 31st Oct so we rushed to apply leave on that day!

Muahaha it's the Halloween day somemore!

Altogether we have ahba, ahma, ahma de bf Leon, ahdi, Hui San, me and Veron with her friend. And then - too bad! Hui San fallen sick few days ago =( We went without her.

That day we took train and bus to Sunway leh! How come no direct train to Sunway!!! They can't be too rich to have train right, coz there're buses! Buses are squeezer than trains somemore wtf. =(

When we reached, we haven't have breakfast yet so we went to Kim Gary to eat first.

Coz sanjie said her free tickets expires today! I wanted to ask her buy tickets for 9.45pm The Escape Plan but then she bought the one on 7.15pm ady =(

Movie started without me. But I managed to reach Pavilion at 8.30pm! Ngam ngam hou can watch another half of the movie.

I got a feel that good actors are rare nowadays.

So anyhow, this day is GREAT! =D
